Terms of service

A ranking board. A paid rank is an advertising placement — it is not a payment for a particular outcome. We do not guarantee any number of clicks, enquiries or orders.

The highest bid ranks first; equal bids are ordered by time. The minimum bid is $10.

A rank is valid for one month and slides down if it is not renewed. If someone outbids you, paying the difference takes the rank back.

Payment methods are those shown at checkout. The amount is credited to that factory's ad pool. If we ever introduce a platform fee, it will be disclosed at checkout before you pay.

A rank is delivered as soon as the payment settles, so settled payments are non-refundable — the one exception being a payment that succeeded while the rank did not update, which we will fix or refund.

A badge means that a named person on our team looked at the evidence on a stated date, and that record is published on the factory page. It is not a guarantee of product quality, delivery performance or solvency of the factory.

You may not present a badge as an endorsement going beyond what the badge states.

You must be authorised to list the factory; the evidence you submit must be genuine and traceable; your contact details must be valid and reachable by buyers.

You must not submit fabricated certificates or reports, and must not misstate capacity, certification or ownership.

We may remove a listing, clear a trust badge, or block an account if these terms are broken. In that case the amount already paid is not refunded.

The board is provided as it is. We are not a party to any contract between a factory and a buyer, and we take no commission on it.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes go to the courts at our registered place of business.
