MadeInRank is a paid ranking board for factories in China and Southeast Asia. Ranking is bought; trust is earned — through review. This page states the rules we actually enforce in code.

A factory bids to rank
From $10 you claim an ad slot; the rank updates the moment payment succeeds.
- 02
Removing the noise
L1 online review completes within 24 hours: certificates, maps and customs data. Full profile and contact details appear only after it passes.
- 03
Raising trust
L2 verifies the workshop and machine nameplates over live video; L3 sends a third party on site. The badge levels up each time.
- 04
Crowdfunded ad pool
Factory bids plus boosts from buyers and peers flow into that factory's ad pool and are spent on overseas sourcing keywords.
- 05
Top-up and renewal
If a peer outbids you, pay the $5 difference to take the rank back. Ranks are valid monthly and slip if not renewed.

What human review does
- L1: cross-check certificates, maps and customs export data for consistency
- L2: live video walkthrough of the workshop and machine nameplates — no static photos
- L3: a third party visits on site and files a report on record
What AI matching does
- Matches a buyer's product terms, industry and region needs against factory capability
- Applies to search and recommendations only
- Never affects rank, and never rules on whether a qualification is genuine — review conclusions come only from people and evidence
Everything above describes mechanisms the platform actually runs. Rank, click and impression figures shown on the site are estimates for reference only and are not a performance guarantee.
Payment, renewal and refunds
- Bids and community boosts are paid through the payment methods shown at checkout. The minimum bid is $10.
- The amount you pay is credited in full to that factory's ad pool. If we ever introduce a platform fee, it will be disclosed at checkout before you pay.
- A rank is valid for one month. If it is not renewed, the factory slides down as others bid above it.
- A rank is delivered as soon as the payment settles, so bids and boosts are non-refundable once settled. If your payment succeeds but the rank does not update, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.
What you may and may not list
- The factory must be real, and you must be authorised to list it.
- Certificates and reports you submit must be genuine and traceable. Fabricated evidence is grounds for permanent removal.
- Contact details must be live and reachable by buyers.
- No illegal goods, no sanctioned parties, and no misleading claims about capacity, certification or ownership.
If the rules are broken
- We remove the listing and clear the trust badge. The amount paid is not refunded.
- Submitted evidence stays in the audit record — review trails are never retroactively edited.
