This policy explains what MadeInRank collects, why, and for how long. It describes what the software actually does — if you ever find a mismatch between this text and the product, tell us and we will correct the text.
Who we are
MadeInRank is operated by 江门智煜科技有限公司. For anything in this policy, write to legal@madeinrank.com.
Hosting, database and file storage are provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (Workers, D1 and R2), so requests to this site pass through their network.
What we collect
Visitors: the country and city Cloudflare derives from your request, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself. This is used to count visits and to detect abuse.
Factories that list: the details you submit — company names, country, city and industrial park, industry, key products, MOQ, sampling time, claimed certifications, contact details (WhatsApp, WeChat, email) and any certificates or reports you upload.
Bids and boosts: the amount, the payment channel used, the payment provider's reference, and — for a boost — the name or company, region flag and public message you enter.
Verification work: who inspected, when, at which level, the fee charged, and the link or file of the evidence.
What we do not collect
We never receive or store your card number, bank credentials or payment passwords. Payments are processed by the payment provider; we only receive the outcome and a payment reference.
We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels on this site.
Why we use it
To operate the board and display listings; to review evidence and record who reviewed it; to process payments and keep an accounting record; to count visits and detect abuse; and to answer you when you write to us.
How long we keep it
Listings and their evidence: kept while the listing is on the board, and afterwards for as long as needed to answer a dispute about verification.
Payment and revenue records: kept for as long as accounting rules require.
Visit records: held in a rolling 24-hour window, and the underlying rows are pruned on the same schedule.
Who we share it with
Our hosting, payment and email providers, and no one else. We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only where the law compels us to.
Your choices
Write to legal@madeinrank.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to ask for a listing to be removed.
If you ask us to delete the evidence attached to a listing, we will remove the file. The audit record that a review took place stays — deleting it would let the platform quietly rewrite its own history.
Changes
When this policy changes we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
